    明確的稱(chēng)謂和獲得方式

     

     

    在開(kāi)發(fā)信中,要有直接明確的稱(chēng)謂,可以是對(duì)方的名字或者對(duì)方的職位,而避免Dear Sir/Madam 這種千篇一律且官方的詞匯。
